1 way wall

Does anybody have a good idea for making a multiplayer wall that can only be passed through one way, but if you try to go back the way you came, its blocked?

Make a trigger on one side of the wall that teleports you to the other side

i know but the prob is telefragging and gettin stuck in each other.
