when I add some objects into a map from the script they get a 'yellow' tint to them. It doesn't happen with some, but does with others. Does anyone know what causes this?

here's a pic

and here is how I spawned it in..

Code: Select all

	spawn script_model "model" "models/static/sandbag_link_main.tik" "targetname" "sbag1" "origin" "-6108.28 -1664.12 54.00" "scale" "1.2" "angles" "0.00 30.00 0.00"
	$sbag1 solid

Well I don't really see the yellowish tint but you can't reasonably expect static models to be correctly lit when you spawn them from the script.

if i spawn a vehicle that drives thru differently lighted areas, will it look ok?

Yeah because a vehicle uses the entity modulate lightgrid rather than model-specific vertex lighting.

That's what it's supposed to do but I don't have a lot of confidence in mohlight
