is there a way to bind/combine 2 or more brushes into one?

example:

say I select 4 brushes that make up an arch.

is there anyway to bind those brushes together so that they are forever treated as one brush?

Sorry

In the original Radiant there was one, but the creators of MOHRadiant broke it.

theres a thing called cgs merge, the opposite of cgs subtract, which fixes the brushes together. but with merge, the brush cant have any convex side, eg it has to be square/circle etc. you cant have an arrow shape, or an arch. the only thing this is useful for is if you accidentally subtract, and then you can put the brush you used to subtract with back in the hole and chooseing cgs merge

Script object

Highlight all the parts of the arch and hit key N. An entity window will pop up. Scroll down the list of entity types and choose "script_object" by dubble clicking on it. You can also give it a name by typing "targetname" in the key box and the name you want in the value box--hit enter. Hitting key N again will close the entity window. Your arch should turn light blue in the 2D window and have the script_object title on it when you deselect it.

Now you can highlight one part of the arch, hit Ctrl E (E for entity) and the whole arch will highlight. With it highlighted, you can clone it by hitting the space bar. Or, you can make it into a prefab--that's under "File".
