Seems like you're vis data is too big. Either you've built a really big map or more likely, there's some kind of faulty geometry messing up the vis.

use more detail.

i mean detail brushes. anything like chairs, tables, lamps etc. make it all detail brushes.

u see level one is big.....but level 2 IS HUGE! lol
