help maps with lod terrain wont compile!!!!!!!!, ive added a small patch in a map that ive compiled about 50 times befor and now wont compile with the lod terrain, " backwards tree volume" or some error like that

never mind i had to remove a brush and it worked

by the way, when i make a small brush, it makes a big lod patch, how do i get it to be just the size i made, or closest to it?

The smallest area u can have with LoD terrain is 512 x 512 - if you want anything smaller than that u have to use path meshes

Either that or you can delete the sections of terrain you don't want to see in-game. Hit shift-F to bring up the facet manipulation tool.
