How do I add an alarm and a message to my map

I want to add a muptible alarm and messages to my dm map, like as if an allied player gets to a certain point it would trigger an alarm that would last a short while along with a message saying, "The allies have entered the lower room". Any help on this would be appreciated. I want to add several alarm points with a message pointing where that alarm took place. Thank you
