HoW do you Take Prefabs From Stock Obj Maps.

Well, Do you Go in-Game and use Console to get peace by peace or what?
Ehhh.... you don't get prefabs from stock maps.
Unless you decompile it and export prefabs fron the results ( the results suck ).
Building it by yourself is probably better.
