Is there any way to increase the volume of the .mp3 soundtracks?

Yes, in the audioa settings there are 2 sliders: one hmaster volume and one music volume.

i mean like change it so the player hears it louder?

if you edit the mp'3 in some editor, increase the volume, but it can make the sound, distorted. (not nice)
you'll have to download 1, an mp'3 editor(not sure where.

i mean i dont want them to redownload it, i was thinking of manually soundcaching it, and using the vol mod to increase it.
