.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I dont know how this games gameplays work really cause all i usually play is team match or deathmatch.. However i was just wondering if its possible to use scripting to set up som sort of game mode for objective were there is say a flag and a person grabs the flag and if the hold it for say 30 seconds they get a point?
