Photoshop Scopes !

I have noticed that theres no photoshop tutorials on how to make a scope, I tried to make a scope yesterday now I can make them easily.
Does anyone want to know how ? Photoshop not PSP.
The alpha channel bugged me for a minute but its really simple.
I wanted a laser dot, the actual dot is as small as you can possibly make it, I had a few rounds with it last night it works well, very accurate.

pretty hard to make an accurate scope.. or is it? i like using Dr. Bonds scopes, they're pretty accurate...

Its simple to make an accurate scope, the screenies above, the bullet goes right where the central dot is.
The scopes accurate, its me thats not

I finished the scope, its simple and clean, I like it.
our top sniper ( he is savage with that rifle, kills me every time ), he used it with the red dot, this turned out to be too dark and hard to see, so now its a bright yellow, much better and super accurate.
I killed a few today and I am an awful sniper, Lord help anyone that meets our sniper now, his name is Splodge, mostly plays Spearhead, you dont want to meet him in Berlin

Very accurate
I was on a server yesterday with them and i got this

Hey all, sorry I haven't been here in a while! It's just that I have layed off my mapping (once more
) and now I'm more into modelling. Anyways I would gladly appreciate it if you could teach me how to make a scope using photoshop [Spec Ops] Jack Ruby. Thanks!
