Help Me!!!! something wrong with ai!!

i am having a lot of trouble putting any ai into my maps!!! Every time i attempt to put in a ai it says that "Skeletor Cache AnimSkel, animmodels/human/animation/scripted/t0l0/00A001_victory.skc has wrong header ([ident,version] = [1312901, 12] not [1312901, 13])" or something to that effect. Now can someone tell me how to fix this completly distastirous problem!!!

Hmm... It souds seroius... But I'm no AI scriper...

Could you post the script ( using the code option ) so we can take a look at what could be wrong with it?

See Bjarne this is why you need a well balanced team of n00bs like myself and scripting guru's such as yourself. I believe that the problem is with spearhead. I am going out on a limb and gonna assume that you have it installed and you are trying to map with the allied assualt version of entdefs and radiant.

Renaming mainta to something else for example A-mainta will stop radiant from trying to access the spearhead ai and you should be able to proceed with out radiant crashing.

Please let us know if that doesnt help.

WOW!! thanks for that! it is all working now and i can finally use my ai. Thanks for that!

Yeah, the model from Spearhead is slightly different from the ones from MOHAA....

i need more help i have done all the stuff in tutorials and i have put a ai in my map but it isn't showing when i test it!

Did you script the AI (that the appear when player reaches trigger) or just placed some ai_german_blabla????

how do you script the ai??? or trigger?? i can put in the weapons but i don't know about anything else?!?! i am trying to do a sp ai

ok now i got my german in but he doesn't respond when i got into the room he just says some german then i blow his face off

use the test prefix for your map ie. mymap.bsp becomes test_mymap.bsp
do the same for the script test_mymap.scr
