I know this is probably something easy to figure out, but i'm new to this. How do you align textures?
For Example: I want to make a door, but when i texture on the door, the texture doesn't line up right. How do I fix this?
Thanks

Select the door surface (shift+ctrl+left click). Hit S to bring up the surface properties - THere are 4 boxes - Horizontal / Vertical shift - these move the textures horizontally and vertically around the texture. Horizontal / Vertical Scale increase / decrease the textures scale (size)

One should tell also about the Shortcut Ctrl+F!!
Select one or more surface(s) like Surgeon told you, than press Ctrl+F
This will fit the texture on the surface. The result is not always really the thing you wanted, but NOW:

go into the Surface-properties (press s)

click the middle mouse-button on the surface you want to adjust to get the properties of this surface into the window (never forget this, as you might apply the last texture on the selected surface else)

look up the scale-fields.

And now, you can adjust the texture quiet easily the way you want (e.g. making long walls, you can leave the vertical scale and adjust the horizontal scale because this will probably be completely wrong)
Most textures in Moh:AA should be scaled to 0.5. So you should set texture scale in the preferences to 0.5!! This makes life MUCH easier.

Thanks for all the info, that helps alot! Now 2 more questions..
1. When i place AI characters in my game, they don't respond to me. All they do is talk to me, but I can't hear what they're saying. How do i get them to shoot at me?
2. I cant hear any sounds. No gunfire, no speech, no door noises, nuthin'. How do i fix this?
Thanks for all your help, like i said, i'm new at this and have a buncha' questions. Thanks!

Just as a test try putting test_ in front of your mapname . I won't go into it in detail ( because I don't exactly understand it enough to explain it properly) It should solve the sounds and AI but gives a terrible performance. If it works there a few tuts how to deal with that test_ prefix.
