If your gonna decompile, which program does it best?

I know people love to beat on noobies who decompile, but I want to rebuild Omaha beach. I understand that decompiling does not work well, however I want to used the decompiled map as starting point to build prefabs of certain parts of the map. I would select small sections of the map, save them to prefabs, then open them in a new project. then rebuild the sections from scratch using the decompiled versions for layout and sizing.
I notice that there are two decompilers out there. One is from Japan and translated into English. The other seems to be more popular and originally in English.
If you have experiance using these programs could you please enlighten me to any pitfalls or functions they may have?

Please understand that I have a very creative personallity, and I do have original ideas I am working on as well, but I really want to do this map and have tried to get other more experianced mappers to do this project only to be very dissapointed.
