"Dogville" objective teaser

I got bored today and started a new map.
The working name is "The Siege".

Story: The allied forces has captured a german Flak 88, and has turned it around to face the village it was ment to protect in the first place. The axis must destroy it before its continus firing on the village forces the axis into surrender.

The map looks like this:

What? It looks familiar you say? Like "Snowy park" you say?

Yep. It IS Snowy park... I renamed the BSP and re-scripted it to an objective map. :D

So: what say you?

There already is a map called The Siege, and it had it's fight with copyrights already, by DaGroov. And that was hectic to go through... interesting though..

OK, the map is now "Dogville" :)

A beta is avalable for testing here
( Remember that there must be at least 2 players on the server to complete the objective. And the Flak88 won't start firing before that either ).

All feedback is welcome!

I like the map, looks awesome imo. I am just getting into mohaa mapping so it looks like I have a lot to learn as far as ambience. MOHAA really lets a mapper set the mood. Did you blend textures on those rocks? Did you use a metashader?

Some of the large trees in the map would allow the player to get inside them. I kept getting the urge to go into the city... wish that was possible.

He he. Have you played all the DM maps? Load up dm/mohdm5... :D
Yep, its the same map. I did mot make the map itself, I just re-scripted the stock DM map that I've always felt would be better as an objective map than as DeathMatch.

lol, nope, never played it. I guess you could say that I am extremely new. Just got the game last week, lol.
