object spawning when you die

Does anybody know the script that permits to spawn on a targeted item where a player die in a MP ( such the medic pack appear where you die) ?

Drops the inventory items.
( Search for "drop" in the file g_allclasses.html that is included in the docs folder of MOHRadiant for other ways )
