I have this biulding someone sent me, and i need to edit the Textures. Only problem is that it wont let me select the brush when i click on it.
How can i change the texture of it>?

Try holding shift and then select the brush

To select only one face of a brush, Hold Ctrl and Shift. Then click on the face.

Try using a brush around the house then select touching. Once the house is selected snap it to grid. Then select just the brush you want if possible.

Can't you use Edit ---> Find Brush/Entity to weasle the little fella out? Just plug in some numbers, you'll get the sucker.

Place a large brush around the entire building and go to "select inside". The whole building should be selected, then use "ungroup entity" on it--that may kill any door entities too.
