NEED URGENT HELP!!

At the moment my spearhead is messed up
I can load a map to 1\4 and it cuts off to desktop
I have reinstalled and it work's fine for 3 days then goes the same again
I installed 2.11 patch and then 2.11 too 2.15 and nothing works!
please help!
