I'd say your project settings are flawed :?

No jv I had one of the guns do the same thing it's the only model that does that . I don't know why that is . I have also held back from trying some of the textures in the texture window that have a notexture texture . They might work but you can't see what they look like unless you find them in the pak's and open them in an editor . not sure which gun it is but it looks ok in the game just not in the editor .

One thing to keep in mind about shaders is that there are 2 separate parts to them with at least 2 images used. If the 2 images are identical, and the texture shows up in either Radiant or in-game but not in both, then the problem is in the shader itself. If the (at least) 2 images are different, then the problem could be the images themselves and/or the shader.

The first part of the shader defines the texture/model attributes, and calls an image (qer_editorimage) that you will see in Radiant. This will be seen in the texture view window, as well as on brushes/models.

The second part calls the image that will be used when the texture/model is called for in the game. This is the map textures..... image.

Based on this setup, it is entirely possible that you see the texture in Radiant and not in the game, and also that you may see the texture in-game, and not in Radiant.
