textures upside-down

hi guys,
when i make custom textures as tga files in paintshop pro 8.01 they show up upside-down in mohradiant (sh). With paintshop pro 7 i never had this problem. Does anyone have the same problem or is there a setting wrong?

I did some research, when i load pictures made in paintshop pro 8 into psp7, save them from psp7 to the same name. Then they are straight up in mohradiant. Maybe a bug in psp8? or a change of filelayout in tga format?
