loading screen.

Anybody please help me this...
I'm trying to create loading screen of own. So, I want to find out is there any tool in creating loading screen? I find that each loading screen in pak1.pk3 are separated. What I mean is that one of the loading screen is separated into two pieces. Why is it like this? Besides, I want to get more information on creating loading screen. Perhaps tutorial will do.

Help me please!!!
