Textures not lined right

Okay here it is

me and a friend have been building a map for a few weeks and we have left things all caulked till we're ready to texture.
it helps compile faster.


but any way the textures show good in mohradient and we resize them try to fit them and flip and all but when we compile, and enter the game the textures show up in multiples. like

in radient ingame
========= ========
= normal = = = =
= tex = =========
= in radient = = = =
========= =========

the textures tiles the object.


but when i made a new map thing to try to make roads bend the curves when natural was applied the tex appered right but the other straight roads were tiled.

what can we be doing wrong?

Not sure if this is the case but if you have any custom or non stock pk3's in your main file that could be the problem. I once had this happen when i left a poster mod in main and compiled. The textures where all the wrong size after, bery bery frustrating.
