Your custom textures in main/textures/mytextures

There's a shader for them, named and located main/scripts/mytextures.shader

A typo in the shader? Maybe, give us the content of it...

MOH can't handle every type of JPG file as I'm sure you know. Might be that there is some similar problem with Radiant.

Do you know what to specify in a jpg to make sure its compliant, I much prefer them for the size over tga.

Thanks.

As far as i know, the only thing u must not do is to save ur jpeg file in CMYK but in RGB (Targa Files are always in RGB, Jpeg can be either).

If u wanted to use transparency and add an alphachannel, you would have to choose the (bigger) Targa format, because Jpegs can't hold an alphachannel.

And something u might know already: Always call the texture *.tga in the shader, whether it is a Targa file or a Jpeg file. So, u might have a texture named mytexture.jpg in ur main/textures/mytextures folder, but it would nevertheless be called mytexture.tga in the shader.

In Photoshop, which you might not use of cource but stil, you can save a JPeg with different settings. The one that is sure to work is Baseline ('standard'). Progressive doesn't work.
