how to make sniper scope?

Is there any tool for me to create my own scope? I have seen one in
http://www.mohfiles.com/file.info?ID=11240 but I was unable to download it. Besides FileFront, any link for me to that particular file of making own scope from mohfiles.com?

well any application that can edit tga files and create alpha channels will allow you to create your own scopes. I personally use PSP 7 but there are many applications out there that can do the job.

You said any photo editor can do it. So, I want to know how exactly the steps in making own scope? or do you have any tutorial for the making of own sniper scope?
You mentioned alpha channel? What's that?

this tute is for a crosshair, maybe you can work out how to make a scope after reading this, another idea is to download a custom scope and take a look at the files inside the pk3 then adapt it, put in your own image and such.
