Fast Q

I have a large area in the map, need my bush entities to not cull, or disappear from such a short distance. Need to see them from a little further away. ?????????? Thanks.

Were are you talking about? Is this in the map editor or in the game?

LOL...........I should have clarified that. In the game, not the editor. In particular, I think its the regularbush entity. I increased the scale, but it seems to vanish at the same distance. I believe something like the fullbush entity is seen at a greater distance but that is not quite the bush i wanted. Wow, all this bush talk is making me feel a little uneasy, lol.

The culling distance is probably set by the game options you choose. But there may be a way to force people to see more in the map.
farplane_cull( Boolean farplaneCull )
Whether or not the far clipping plane should cull things out of the world.
My guess is that this should be set in worldspawn:
Key: farplane_cull
Value: 0
I also think this will have a very negetive affect on the performance (FPS) of your map.
