lately, everytime i make a map and i think im ready to test it ill save and go through the bsp_BSP, bsp_Vis, bsp_Light process, i thought everything was good but the last couple of compiles have been unsucessful. i look at mbuilder and found out that when i tried the bsp commands the only thing i got were the original mymap.map file and a mymap.bak file. so the question is either how do i fix this or where did the bsp go and how do i get it back. sorry bout all the n00bish questions but i realy need help. thanks.

I think you mean you are using the BSP,Light stuff at the top of radiant, you dont need to use these buttons ever.
MBuilder does all of this for you, open mbuilder point it at your map then hit compile or GO whatever it is. This will run through the bsp, vis then light stages for your map, when its finished you will find your bsp in the same folder as your map.
