Win without a fight

I downloaded two bot maps from www.mohmaps.com : The Hunt w/ Bots and Vemork Heavy Water Factory w/ Bots. But when I started to play one of these maps, the Allies will win in like 2 seconds even though I haven't joined the team and there's no player/bot or there are player in each team. What's wrong? Are these maps that buggy?

Hmm well Vemork factory used to had that bug though I made a fix for it... not sure if the download over at mohmaps.com ships with the bot update. Anyway should be fixed when the next bot version comes out.

I've heard about those problems on the hunt with bots too, but I'm not sure what causes them. I think I'll take a look at the script.

Well the script for the hunt with bots is a mess, not sure if this explains the bogus wins but it could very well be the culprit.

It doesn't happen each round does it?

Well it happened each time on both maps. Actually these 2 maps are the (so far) the only map I've downloaded from www.mohmaps.com and I stopped downloading from that site cuz I think most maps there have similiar bugs  I would prefer download map from your site

As for vemork factory: this is a pre-release and I recommend you download all you need for it at the source. :D

same here

I've tried both maps and I get the same "feature". It has happened every time I've tried to play them and ONLY on these maps... I've also tried re-downloading from differend sites with no luck. I also took a look at the script for The Hunt, but couldn't realy find anything wrong. Check out this screen of my console, maybe you can use this.

The only thing I can figure is that there is no Flak88 model in the map. Would that matter?

maybe if you could get the whole log file. Type "logfile 1" and you'll get a qconsole.txt in the folder of the game, main, mainta, or maintt. Copy that here.

Well the problem is obvious now... level.targets_destroyed is initialized as NIL instead of 0, so the < operator isn't valid and thus returns false (0), the while loop exits and the allies win.

Adding the line level.targets_destroyed = 0 somewhere on top of the script below level waittill spawn will certainly fix these issues.
