eej, I am finally ready with the sea, but I have another problem. The sea turns out te be really nice, if I walk right in front to it. When I turn around (line 90 degrees) in the water, the color of the water changes. For better explaining, plz take a look at my first 2 pics of my site. Thank you!

 i thought u couldn't do the omaha beach sea?!

'bout the light problem, ermm, can't see a real problem or does it 'snap' into the other color? if not, simply call it changing reflections of sunlight

one thing you should do first is make sure they're the same texture, as some look the same in radiant, but actually are a little different. also check your farplane values, amke sure they're all nice and dandy, if you have any.

mm I think I have solved the problem (I did something with 'northyaw') many thanks for the help guys.

another problem:D I can see that many maps have a nice 'fading' farplane. I have set a farplane too, but my maps doesn't 'fade'. if you look far away, you don't see a nice 'fade' air, but al the brushes are 'building up' when you walk to it.

Your link does not work for me but if you make a long brush the farplane can make it look white when you look towards the far end of it but when you look straight at it it looks ok .

bdbodger hit the nail on the head for your water color problem.

Instead of using one long brush across your entire map, make it out of several smaller brushes.
