Spearhead / Ubersound Work Around!! HELP!!!

This is for SPEARHEAD:
I am running a server side mod on a dedicated server where players can play the single player mission maps as multiplayer Team Match. The maps work great and I have it running some 24 of those maps between MOHaa and SpearHead maps all on a dedicated SPEARHEAD server version 2.15.
The problem that I am having with this is that when you run the single player maps as multiplayer you loose some sounds about some 15% of them. They are your stops, zings, explosions, dogs, the taunts, and some other minor sounds. However, the rest of the sounds do load up witch it does not make any sense that loads up some and some don?t.
The only way at this time to have everyone hear the missing sounds is to have the player download a 279k file witch is nothing but a hacked ubersound. I would like to find a way where player would not need to download the file.
Things that have been tried already and did not get the job done.
1.) Ubersound - For server side
2.) JV_Map?s Ubersound work around ? was created for MOHaa only will not work on Spearhead
3.) Pre-cashing sound scripts in map scripts
Cant anyone GURU out there provide a possible fix where the missing sounds can be called from the server so the client can hear them thus removing the need of downloading the hacked ubersound for the client?
Please help!!! It would be greatly appreciated.

Look for servers with the <TWZ> tags in front of the name if you want to get a clue as to what I am talking about here.
Also the {UDT-2} server is running this mod
