Anyone here running Linux?

Hi for my new site I have some files that only run on linux, but although i want to use linux (it's so much better than windows) i have no space on my Hard Drive. I have these files but in a .tar.gz compressed file, but i need it unzipped and uploaded to my server. What I am looking for is for someone to unzip these files in Linux, then compress them to a .zip file and send them to me.
