JV_MAP!!! I need ur help again!!!

yes POOP... its my signature.. like batman has that bat thingy
well anyways... i tried wat u said and saved it and xed out in the game when i change the script but then when i restart the console it won't put my changes into effect and when i look at the script again it didn't have my changes!!! (it had default settings)
PS-can u make a DM map?
I have only 2 and they are really small (battlestations & battlecomplex)

Hmm that's odd... are you sure you've pressed ctrl+s after making the changes? Is your main/maps/obj folder read-only maybe?

Do you have a file obj_lakeside_ai.scr in your main/maps/obj folder?

well yes i do but it says that its a "screen saver" file...
is that wat its supposed to be?

maybe u could send me the file over email or sumthing? would that be easier? oh and can u make sum big dm maps? AND... can u play lakeside on dm?! im just brimming with questions JV....

Oh well
just open the .scr file with a text editor like notepad and change the line 'level.dmrespawning = 0' to 'level.dmrespawning = 1' and save. That's all

jv!!!!!!!!! when it try to open that scr file it says this aint a valid win32 application!! like i said before.. can u send me the file maybe??? to ma email adresse... and one more thing.. can u give me a link to dl a map editor for MOHAA?

Your system associates .src files as being screen savers. That doesn't mean that the file is acctually a screen saver, just that windows "thinks" it is. Open notepad and drag the file onto the blank text window, edit, then save...
