K why can't I use any console commands: cuz when I say cg_drawfps 1 it says LOCALIZATION ERROR and that's with many things

Did you go to ADVANCED in your Option's menu and inable the console.If not do that and all you have to put is fps 1 to start and fps 0 or fps - to stop. (cg_drawfps 1) <-You dont have to put all that in.
