How can I bring the fpscounter up?

I tried to use the cg_drawfps 1 command in my console but it doesn?t do anything and I don?t know if I must run the game in a special mode. I heard about a developer mode or somthing. Can anybody post a list of useful commands in the console for mappers (specialy newbie mappers jejej).
I know this should be answered In other posts but I can?t find one even whit the search option.
Please someone help me.

type fps 1 in the console
.type cmdlist 2 get a list of all commands ,but i dont remember that they were explained

Now I have my fps counter up but how can I quit this other words in my screen: NPCS Allies 0(0) Axis (0)?
it dont let me see my fps. Do you know what is this and how i can quit it?[/img]

I guess that your running Spearhead or Breakthrough.
Well NPCS are computer players or Bots, if your not seeing FPS counter then i dont know what the problem is...

My FPS is around 95 to 100 on my sp map even when im fighting 3 or 4 bots.
Is that good?

i would say so, imo anything above 30 is good ,but the more the better
