.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

Hi
I new at map making on mohaa and i was following the tutorial to the letter and all was well but when it got to the compliling bit i(section 4)when it says to open a comand prompt how do i do this?
Any replies would be much welcomed

A lot of people actually just use a progam called mbuilder . You can get it here

If you are useing windows XP you can go to startbutton-all progams-accessories-comand prompt but mbuilder is easier .
