compiling prob

Can I make my sky box a detail brush??? Eveytime I do this and I try to compile a vis cannot be created... Mostly everything inside my skybox s LOD terrain and I cannot detail this... And when I don't detail my sky box the vis will take $^*@^($( long to create. What should I do??

No you can't make your skybox detail - try to cut down on your use of LOD Terrain - unfortunately we're limited by what the engine can do when it comes to terrain
