Finding leaks that radiant doesn't see, but compiler does

I found leaks mentioned all over this great site, but none like this specific one, so here's yet another compile error post. I'm a newbie mapper with a fun boxy map. It's so boxy and simple that I don't know why or how it's leaking. The compile complains "entity reached from outside -- no filling" and makes a .lin file rather than a .prt file. It doesn't give me anything to go on like, perhaps, a brush number or anything like that. Radiant doesn't do anything when I 'find next leak' so I don't know what to do to close this leak.
The only thing I've changed since it last compiled fully was the addition of a tunnel with some dim lights in it.
-Are lights bigger than they appear? If so, how am I supposed to light this 64x64 tunnel? Dimming makes the "circles" smaller but I can't make them too dim. Plus, I'd really rather not merely use ambient light... looks so much better with actual light sources.
-How about some of the models? I have bunker cagelights on the walls, but both the "box-frame" and the actual model are either in my map's "interior" or only partially inside a wall. None of them are, at all, in the map's "exterior".
Please respond if you can help. Thanks, Gar
PS - I'm trying to be a 'good mapper' and don't use hollow boxes, don't do much vertex editing, nor use tricks like enclosing my entire map in a box so "it doesn't leak", etc. ...So please don't tell me to do something lame.
