...adding water to an existing map

I would like to know if anyone is aware of the ability to script water into an existing map. I have tried to use fx/fs_puddle as an example. I would like to somehow get water into algiers, without using a simple model with a water texture. Pic below showing location...

You can spawn models and entities, but not worldspawn brushes. Even if you could change the texture used by a model, it wouldn't be a water brush, or act like one.

No.

... well you can add anything to the radiant right-click menu but it won't work in-game
