need to get my enemy soldier to shoot back

Can anyone show me or point me in the direction on the quickest easiest
way to get a soldier to shoot back at you i did now how to do it and now i have forgotten (still getting the hang of some things),

also I was wondering if you can have soldiers attack you on a multiplayer
game, example:your on germans team and ai soldier helps you attack the allies.
if anyone can show or tell me the anwser to the first question you would make my day,cheers

do ur ai freeze and not move? name ur map a test_ to make it easier.
