To get your map reviewed, see the reviews section in the
forums. (please register before you post).
To get your map hosted just e-mail it to
admin@leveledit.com
P.S:
to the moderators: I know this is prob in the wrong forum, but i coudn't decide betwenn Gen Discusiion, Review forum, Off topic or mapping. If it is in the wrong forum i apologise, please feel free to move it.

Hmmm.... how about a collaboration?
Use our basic format: And we share the reviews... We are allowed to copy the reviews as long as we link the original site.
How about that?
Everybody likes reviews it seems

cheers, i suppose it is quite cool, Bjarne - do u mean we use each others site reviews as long as we put a link and credit to the author/site? or we link straight to the review page? cos if that is the case leveledit has hardly any reviews - even after our reviewers get to work, we will jhave about 10 max. A bit uinbalanced
though we prob get more in future, we have a few nice tuts though. ive done a
doors one i think is quite good - tell us what u think of it everyone pls, all feedback is welcome! (a bit sub-topicy but oh well

Basically: yes... but if so you must use our grading system. Because I cant change it per review as it is a hard coded format for all reviews. So for this to work you must have the same sections and grading system as we have.

hmmm... yes Bjarne yeh i think i will accept - ill get our reviewers to write in ur format.
it wasn't what i had planned but it would help LevelEdit loads. I originally wasn't goin to give scores, just a write-up. That would be because if someone made a map and it was terrible, a 03% would really downheart them, maybe even end there mapping 'career'. If it is a newb it would be a shame - in a text review you can search as much as u can for good points, maybe 'the map needs a lot of work, yet the texures on [some pointless place] are well placed. It is a good effort, but needs improvments'.
Kinder way of letting them know its rubbish, or am i just getting soft lol?
but i prob will use ur format, if it means we put all ur reviews up, at least the site will get more visitors

If a map is so bad that a review would make them cry and give up mapping, I woud mail them and tell them it is not yet fit for reviewing, and give them some good tutorial links. This is better than tormenting both readers and designers...
About the review sharing: OK, cool!

Just be sure to actually produce some revirws for us to steal from you now. Or I'll hunt you down and put 5 bad tempered spider monkeys in your pants
