bad failsafe

I did a search w/ "failsafe" and nothing returns...

Anyway, I'm having this error:

(entnum 62, radnum -1) blocked, doing failsafe
(entnum 62, radnum -1) failsafe finished
^~^~^ BAD FAILSAFE: -592.87 -999.98 0.13, 'ai: 13'
(entnum 93, radnum -1) blocked, doing failsafe
(entnum 93, radnum -1) failsafe finished

The routes are ok, etc...

Anyone knows why the bots get blocked?

I'll try to be more specific...

There's a stairs where the bots climb 2 steps and then they "feel blocked" (the error above) and go back. Then they try again and got blocked again and so on...The stairs are very narrow but maybe the problem is somewhere...Did anybody had this "BAD FAILSAFE" before?
