Shutdown is a thread in lots of your jvbot code but I see no where that it is actually called, please enlighten me sire.

Pretty obvious, huh 
Well it's a bit of a useless feature really ... it's only used when the jvbot_shutdown or jvbot_restart console commands are issued.
