Need help finding something

A mapping friend of mine is trying to add a bridge that rotates up. I've searched on the forums for this thread cause I know I've seen it before. Could someone point the thread out for me so I could get this information to my friend.

There is a very cool drawing bridge in tltrude's Egypt map, but I don't think he ever released it to the public
