Me and my allied bots needs help with stealing a document

Im stuck 
, it would be super if some botexpert could help me out.
I want my allied bots to blow up a flak and steal a document.
I have acompished everything except the stealing-part.
Iv? done a small template, it contains scr, bsp and map-file.
Would be very nice if someone could take a look at it.
