Warning cluster #### has area set to -1

Ok so i did a search on several forums and didnt find an answer to this one. I got several errors that say :Warning cluster #### has area set to -1 during the first phase of the compile process
It seems to compile vis and bsp fine and i am currently waiting on the lighting to see if it just one of those oh well sorta errors and march on. Was just very surprised not to see this error anywhere else before. I guess i am unique
. If anyone knows what this warning means or where i can find more info on it i would appreciate it.
