Looking for help with editing existing maps included in game

I was just wondering, is it possible to edit the maps that came with the game?

Ie; opening up a single player map and changing actions and adding enemies/friendlies?

Also, would it be possible to add single-player type objectives and enemies/friendlies to a multiplayer map?

Please, if you could direct me to a tutorial, or explain how to open the maps in MOHRadiant, or other programs, I would REALLY appreciate it, as I just want to alter a few things to make my playing experience more enjoyable.

And yes, I know not to tamper with and overwrite the originals! :D

Thanks, guys and gals!

Oooops!

It is possible...last time I worked on a decomplied map the outcome of what you get with the tools would make you want to start from scratch....no joking.

When u decompile an original map - the decompiler create 6 brushes out of every 1 brush - the textures are all wring and some of the entities are missing. But if you want to try it out you can d/l it here

Ya ive played acouple maps that have been altered like Starlingrad. It was kinda cool, they made it so you could walk on the roofs by steping on boxes, kinda like "Starlingrad 2"
