What file do I edit for the Axis scope?

And I have seen tut's on making the cross hairs like red or green or ect...
But can someone in here tell me how to make them red ect?

I know you got to use mask for all this stuff..

Maybe it's me not putting the mask on the right layer or something

I would love some help on this bros
