scripting an objective

What Im trying to do is to make one of my objectives is to get some keys off a guard. Is this possible and if it is how does a fellow go about doin it?

would it be like the "get the document" objective script?

oh yeah and I want the door to not work without the key.

Yeah, it can be done. There is a Key/value for doors that says which item a player must have before the door will unlock.
