Post the batch file text from Mbuilder, after you have selected your map on the list. Also, post the paths on the right, and your compile settings on the left.

Deathmatch maps don't require a script. But, you do need a bsp file to put in the maps/dm folder.

Copy and paste the stuff in the big white box of Mbuilder (lower left). Click on the name of the map you want to compile first. Here is what mine looks like.
"C:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -v -gamedir C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\MAIN\MAPS\TLTRUDE\test.map
"C:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -vis -fast -gamedir C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\MAIN\MAPS\TLTRUDE\test.map
"C:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\MOHlight.exe" -gamedir C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\MAIN\MAPS\TLTRUDE\test.map
Copy "C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\MAIN\MAPS\TLTRUDE\test.bsp" C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps
"MAIN\MAPS\TLTRUDE" is where I keep my maps.
