The images on your webpage are not displaying, probably the wrong path has been used.
Philip II of Macedon sent a message to Sparta:
"If I win this war, you will be slaves forever."
The Spartan ephors sent back a one word reply: "If".

Go to http://www.walagata.com and sign up for an account there. They have decent image hosting services for free, and then you can put up some more detailed screenshots.

I was able to d/l the .bsp, and my suspicion is confirmed.
That is a MAX_POINTS_ON_WINDING error.

The railing that you made that borders the now invisible brush is the culprit.

To fix it, divide that invisible (visible in Radiant  ) brush into 3 or four smaller brushes outward[ perpendicular to that railing so that only a few of those rails contact any one ground brush.

You should be able to have 15 of those rails touch one brush with no problem, after that, it's error city.

Another suggestion, since this could be a compound error, is to stagger those rails so they are not all along the identical plane. (I forgot that exact error. :( )

Your compile console will tell you exactly what the errors are.
