[b]ELEVATOR TUT! NO SCRIPTING![/b]

I Found an elevator tutorial on a site(

the tut im talking about is the "alternate elevator" at the bottom of the page in the URL) and it requires no scripting and is EXTREMELY uncomplicated!!!!
Here it goes!
all you need to do is create a little, shallow tub out of
BRUSHESl___________l
then select all of its pieces, right click and and select func---> door(not rotating)
once u turn it into a door,hit "N"and you enter these key/values
angle/
(NEGATIVE*)-1
lip(how high it goes*)/-248
sound_open_start/lighthouse_run
sound_open_end/snd_step_paper
sound_close_start/lighthouse_run
sound_close_end/snd_step_paper
time/3.00
and thats IT! ABSOLUTELY NO SCRIPTING!

Yes it is, and remember: you are all invited to registering on that site to join in creating / editing any tutorial that you feel should be done. Or just edit the tutorial list to indicate that you miss a tutorial.

If you click on the big screenshot of the "manhole" elevator, you can download that "door2" tutorial map.

Well, I did do one func_door elevator that worked for five floors, but you have to get out on every floor and lower it to go to the next floor. It is a stack of four connected elevator cabs--I count the roof as a floor. You can take a look at it in my "altelevator" tutorial map. And, it still requires no scripting!

Well, one day i was joining a cool game called runescape(play at
http://www.runescape.com, not to advertise though) and i had tryed twenty different names and NONE of them worked! Theyed all been taken. anyway, after the 100
th one i was in a furious rage and the only thing i could think of was (my FAVORITE NAME EVER) Ilikefungus. So, i slap the fungus thing on almost profile name i have(this is also my gamespy name). So i was thinking of that one song so i thought of master-of-fungus-foo,but i was hungry so i put in the -d
