anyone know where i could find a female allies and axis skin that i can modify?

female allies skin alreasy exists. copy and paste it as an axis model and viola.

Small Sumo has a female axis skin.

i keep hearing about how small_sumo is making skins and stuff, but i can never find any of him. or his skins and models. how can i get a hold of him, he seems like the administrator of skinning and modelling from what i've heard......
